Amazon Ops Specialist

Summary

Join a growing e-commerce business in Miami as an Amazon Ops Specialist! This full-time, remote position offers the chance to be a right-hand person to the founder, managing the operational backbone of five brands and 60 products. You will track KPIs, optimize listings, resolve account issues, and create reports. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in Amazon Seller Central, and proficient in data analysis. Requirements

• Great English communication skills
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central (front-end and back-end)
• Strong understanding of Amazon terminology like CVR, CTR, ACOS, TACOS
• Excellent skills in Google Sheets and creating clear reports
• Comfortable working with numbers and analyzing data

Responsibilities

• Track performance KPIs across SKUs and markets
• Run listing optimizations, including design and copy updates
• Resolve account and product issues that could impact growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with design/listing building
• Knowledge of marketing (Amazon PPC and/or social media marketing)
