Summary
Join our leading trading platform as an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Officer and contribute to our global expansion. Reporting to the Deputy Head of Compliance/AML, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining AML procedures, preparing regulatory reports, and ensuring compliance. This position requires a Bachelor's degree, at least two years of relevant experience, and the AML CySEC certificate. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, law or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience within a relevant position within the financial services industry
- Holder of the AML CySEC certificate
- Strong knowledge of CySEC regulations and requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Assist with developing, designing and re-designing the AML procedures of the Company
- Prepare reports for Head of Compliance/AML senior management's external regulatory bodies as appropriate
- Assess the current and forthcoming regulatory updates/changes on the Company’s policies and procedures
- Ensuring that the Company complies with the regulatory requirements through the AML Monitoring Program and reporting any compliance issues or breaches to the Head of Compliance or Senior Management
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of various Company’s policies, manuals, and procedures
- Assist in fostering a culture of compliance within the Company
- Performing Client account reviews for identifying any suspicious activity
- Any other duties assigned from time to time from the Company’s Head of Compliance/AML or Senior Management
Preferred Qualifications
Any additional certificate from CySEC will be considered as an advantage
