Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, law or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience within a relevant position within the financial services industry
  • Holder of the AML CySEC certificate
  • Strong knowledge of CySEC regulations and requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Assist with developing, designing and re-designing the AML procedures of the Company
  • Prepare reports for Head of Compliance/AML senior management's external regulatory bodies as appropriate
  • Assess the current and forthcoming regulatory updates/changes on the Company’s policies and procedures
  • Ensuring that the Company complies with the regulatory requirements through the AML Monitoring Program and reporting any compliance issues or breaches to the Head of Compliance or Senior Management
  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of various Company’s policies, manuals, and procedures
  • Assist in fostering a culture of compliance within the Company
  • Performing Client account reviews for identifying any suspicious activity
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time from the Company’s Head of Compliance/AML or Senior Management

Preferred Qualifications

Any additional certificate from CySEC will be considered as an advantage
