Requirements

  • Deep knowledge and experience of AML/CFT and fraud prevention regulations and guidelines
  • Experience in risk analysis and evaluation, and countermeasure planning based on quantitative data
  • Big data analysis using SQL
  • Business-level Japanese proficiency (N1 or higher)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze PayPay's big data to evaluate fraud risks and verify effectiveness
  • Collect and analyze necessary data to identify issues related to the misuse of various functions (authentication functions and upper limits for risk reduction)
  • Propose countermeasures as needed
  • Collaborate with various departments (development, operations, service design) requiring cross-departmental communication and facilitation
  • Conduct risk reduction measure effectiveness verification using data analysis for criminal cases
  • Conduct regular and periodic effectiveness verification of various fraud risk reduction systems
  • Plan and execute data governance for AML/CFT related systems
  • Verify the effectiveness of monitoring scenarios

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in improving AML/CFT
  • Planning and execution of data governance in the AML/CFT field
