Requirements

  • Deep knowledge and experience of AML/CFT laws and guidelines
  • On-site experience in customer management (KYC, filtering, EDD, etc.) and experience in standardization and regulation
  • Experience planning and executing projects based on quantitative data
  • Business-level Japanese proficiency (N1 or higher)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze escalated non-standard cases from customer support, considering legal regulations, guidelines, and inherent risks to determine appropriate responses
  • Collaborate with various departments to revise judgment criteria and lead the advancement of the AML/CFT management system as the risk management department
  • Propose improvements to customer management methods based on regulatory trends and social circumstances
  • Analyze risk information detected through EDD and monitoring, and develop response strategies
  • Conduct risk assessments, requirement definitions, and risk management across all customer management areas
  • Examine and propose ideal customer management practices in line with regulatory trends and social conditions
  • Handle general AML/CFT tasks and verify system effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer management (KYC, filtering, EDD, etc.) in the corporate sector
  • Analysis of big data using SQL or similar tools
