Requirements

• Graduates in Production Engineering, Systems Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related fields
• Experience in data analysis, report generation and insights through SQL
• Analytical profile, with a passion for data and insight generation
• Knowledge and mastery of SQL
• Intermediate English
• Knowledge of agile methodologies
• Proactive professionals, committed to results, with strong analytical skills, who understand the dynamics of technology-focused companies, customer-oriented and with a great capacity to adapt to dynamic and challenging environments

Responsibilities

• Analyze competitor information (benchmark) and products in the travel sector
• Identify opportunities and develop business cases, with a strong focus on data (data-driven), to feed the product development backlog
• Work in partnership with IT and UX/UI teams on the implementation of large projects and functionalities that generate an impact on the business and user experience
• Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to collect feedback and design innovative customer-centric products
• Analyze and prioritize initiatives/projects based on the necessary effort, expected impact, and level of innovation
• Implement initiatives and measure their results, monitoring product performance and adjusting the strategy as needed
• Monitor business KPIs, ensuring the development of initiatives aligned with the achievement of strategic objectives
• Participate in meetings and working groups with leading industry partners
