You will work with data structuring, extract insights for operational optimization, and build dashboards to provide tactical insights to field and farming teams. This role requires advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and SQL, along with strong analytical skills and excellent communication. Requirements

• Prior experience as a business/performance analyst (mandatory)
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and SQL (mandatory)
• Advanced English (mandatory)
• Analytical ability to work with unstructured data (mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, multidisciplinary projects, from conception to implementation, analysis, and rollout
• Work with data structuring and extract insights for operational optimization
• Build dashboards to provide tactical insights to field and farming teams, ensuring independence between areas
• Promote exchanges between teams directly related to the proposed deliverables
• Identify potential problems and plan corrective and preventive actions to minimize risks
• Propose improvements and initiatives that increase the quality, efficiency, and scalability of projects, boosting organizational performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Python is a plus
• Knowledge of growth (plus)
• Certification and methodologies for project management (desirable)
• Analytical and hands-on profile
• Excellent written and oral communication
