Requirements

• Prior experience as a business/performance analyst (mandatory)
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and SQL (mandatory)
• Advanced English (mandatory)
• Analytical capacity to work with unstructured data (mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, multidisciplinary projects from conception to implementation, analysis, and rollout
• Work with data structuring and, from them, bring insights about operation optimization and projects
• Build result dashboards of your projects, focused on providing tactical insights for field and farming teams, ensuring independence between areas
• Promote exchanges between teams directly related to the proposed deliveries
• Identify possible problems and plan corrective and preventive actions to minimize risks
• Propose improvements and initiatives that increase the quality, efficiency and scalability of the projects, boosting organizational performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge in Python is a plus
• Knowledge in growth (differential)
• Certification and methodologies for project management (desirable)
• Analytical and hands-on profile
• Excellent written and oral communication
