Summary

The job is for an Analyst position within Cision's Rapid Intelligence team. The role involves using complex software to scour sources, create briefings, research traditional and digital media, write and edit content, and support real-time alerting. The Analyst will work with a top team using cutting-edge technology to analyze changing events and information trends.

Requirements

• Academic degree in media studies, communication studies, social sciences, political sciences, economics, linguistics, German or English philology
• German native speaker and very good English skills
• Editorial and research skills
• Interest in the media industry and (international) media markets
• Communication skills, structured work, and a sense of responsibility

Responsibilities

• Utilize complex proprietary software to scour tens of thousands of sources
• Distill core findings into briefings and alerts for major international clients
• Work closely with the team to develop engaging and informative briefings
• Research both classic media (print, online, Radio, TV) and digital platforms (social media)
• Write and edit content for daily and weekly briefings
• Support real-time alerting for international clients
