Requirements

• Very good English skills
• Good knowledge of French
• Analytical thinking, numeracy and problem-solving skills are critical
• Previous experience in finance/ credit control/ collections would be an asset
• Ability to question the status quo and openness to new challenges
• Excellent communication skills
• Good Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor bank accounts that belong to our clients
• Assign payments to proper insurance contracts
• Analyse documentation from the brokers and internal policy documents
• Initiate internal transfers in case of misslodged payments
• Take part in the coinsurance payment process
• Help to prepare reports on a monthly basis
• Propose changes and test new solutions for process automation
