Summary
Join AUTO1 Group's dynamic Marketing department as an Analytics Engineer. Leverage your technical skills and passion for data to design, develop, and maintain data models, providing stakeholders with insightful data and business intelligence. You will support data access for analysts and build efficient data workflows. Maintain high data quality standards and enhance existing reports. This role requires 2+ years of relevant experience and proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and Tableau. AUTO1 offers an excellent work environment, remote work options, and various employee benefits.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, data analytics or a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL and Data Modeling, understanding of data modeling concepts for data warehousing. Understanding of Python is necessary, Redshift and DBT are a plus
- Proficient in Tableau or similar business intelligence tools for data visualization
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and proactively drive projects to completion
- Collaborative Mindset: Being a great team player comes naturally to you, and you communicate fluently in English
- Proactive Attitude: Highly motivated with a can-do mindset, willing to challenge the status quo and continuously seek improvement
Responsibilities
- Design, Develop, and Maintain Data Models: Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Business Analytics teams of AUTO1 to enable faster and more insightful decision-making
- Provide stakeholders with data and business insights, follow up on KPIs definitions and implementation
- Support Stakeholders with Data Access: Provide analysts and business stakeholders with easy access to well-structured data, fostering a data-driven culture
- Build and enhance data workflows, models and pipelines to support reporting and analytics needs in Tableau
- Ensure Data Quality and Consistency: Implement testing, documentation, and version control practices using Git to maintain high data quality standards
- Consolidate and review existing reports to lift our reporting to a higher level of information density
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred knowledge of marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc
