Requirements
- 4+ years experience as an Analytics Engineer, Business Intelligence Engineer, Data Engineer, or similar role w/ proven track record of launching source of truth data marts
- 4+ years of experience building and optimizing data pipelines, products, and solutions
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong proficiency in creating compelling data stories using data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Sigma, Domo, or PowerBI
- Work remotely based in the US. HackerOne is a digital first company. This model offers our employees flexibility in time and location. All employees must be able to work and excel in a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Deliver impact by consistently contributing to discovery, architecture, and development of high-impact, high-performance, scalable source of truth data marts and data products
- Lead and deliver cross-functional product and technical initiatives, while managing competing priorities, and adapting to shifting business objectives
- Drive continuous evolution and innovation, adoption of emerging technologies, and implementation of industry best practices
- Champion a higher bar for discoverability, usability, consistency, validity, uniqueness, simplicity, completeness, integrity, security, and compliance of information and insights across the company
- Provide subject matter expertise, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Work remotely, based in US EST and CST time zones
- Strong proficiency in at least one data programming language such as Python or Scala
- Extensive experience working with various data technologies and tools such as Airflow, Snowflake, Meltano, Fivetran, DBT, and AWS
- Experience working within and with data from business applications such as Salesforce, Clari, Gainsight, Workday, GitLab, Slack, or Freshservice
- Experience designing advanced data visualizations and data-rich interfaces in Figma or equivalent
