Requirements

  • Have a Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • Have 5+ years of experience in an Android or iOS Developer role
  • Have 3+ years of experience in Angular development
  • Have experience working with Agile software development methodologies like Scrum
  • Have experience working directly with clients and stakeholders
  • Have reactive programming experience with RxJava
  • Have experience with Jetpack libraries
  • Have experience developing and successfully launching native Android & iOS apps to Google Play & Apple
  • Have hands-on experience with clean architecture patterns such as MVVM
  • Have a solid understanding of proper code documentation, automation and knowledge of the modern software development life cycle
  • Have experience with building libraries that are used by other developers and understanding best practices in this domain
  • Be familiar with CI/CD with Bitrise or Jenkins, automation, and scripting
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Have experience with Backbase platform and Fintech Domain

  • Handle working on multiple projects or tasks and keep them all under control

  • Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, and your development team to deliver compelling user-facing products and services
  • Be a fast learner and ready to make a big impact

  • Value writing clean, maintainable, testable code that solves business problems quickly
  • Be a consultant, comfortable interacting with clients to solve their business challenges
  • Develop and maintain software using Kotlin and Java
  • Create automated unit tests and ensure quality in your code
  • Understand the ins and outs of fragments, animation, threading, and the latest Android SDKs
  • Perform peer code review

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience working with REST APIs
  • Have a desire to work with the latest technologies relating to Android
  • Have experience in the financial services industry or professional services
