Senior iOS Developer

Summary

Join ManpowerGroup Greece and contribute to the development of innovative mobile wallet applications as a Senior iOS Developer. This fully remote position, based in Greece, requires a valid EU work permit. You will be part of a team creating secure digital identities and mobile driving licenses, working on ISO-compliant Mobile Driving Licenses, Mobile IDs, and Wallet Apps. Responsibilities include designing and building iOS applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring application robustness. The ideal candidate possesses extensive iOS development experience, proficiency in Swift, and a strong understanding of mobile app security.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years experience as an iOS Developer with a focus on delivering high-quality applications
• Proficiency in Swift and familiarity with Objective-C
• Experience with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
• Familiarity with iOS design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Solid understanding of mobile app security principles
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Mentor junior developers, leading by example in terms of code quality and engineering best practices
• Conduct thorough unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions, ensuring robustness and reliability
• Stay up-to-date with new technology trends, applications, and protocols within the mobile landscape, especially regarding Android development
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
