Requirements

• Proven experience in AR/AP or general bookkeeping
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Accurately match payments in QuickBooks and ensure all financial records are up-to-date
• Send out timely invoice reminders to customers to facilitate prompt payments
• Follow up with vendors regarding payment requests to ensure completeness and compliance
• Review payment requests and either approve payments or request additional information from vendors as necessary
• Perform other bookkeeping duties as needed, maintaining organized and accurate financial records
