Apex Application Developer

Summary

Join PingWind/Exeter Information Technology Services as an Application Developer supporting the US Army Contracting Command. You will design and maintain custom Oracle applications using Oracle Apex, develop scripts in SQL, PLSQL, and Linux, and perform requirements analysis, development, design, testing, and deployment. This role requires a Secret security clearance, 2-5 years of experience in Oracle Application Express, and a current IAT Level II certification. Requirements

• Secret security clearance
• 2 – 5 years of professional experience of development in Oracle Application Express Development Version 5.0 or higher, Cobol and/or SQL
• Current IAT Level II (Security+ CE)

Responsibilities

• Document supporting policies, processes and procedures within your areas of responsibilities
• Design and maintain custom Oracle applications using Oracle Apex
• Develop scripts in SQL, PLSQL. Linux for data conversion, data migration
• Adherence to policies, processes and procedures within your areas of responsibility
• Perform requirements analysis, development, design, test, and deployment of custom Oracle applications
• Maintain documentation on all work products
• Maintain assigned systems in accordance with DISA STIGs, NIST standards, and agency requirements
• Effective creation of dynamic reports within the Oracle APEX environment, using APEX reporting tools, BI Publisher or Oracle Reports

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL experience
• 2 years of Experience with Native/Hybrid Mobile application development
• 1-year Experience with web development using HTML5, stylesheet, XSLT and JavaScript
• 2 years of Experience with FOP report using Oracle Apex
• 5 years of Strong working experience with Oracle 12c database
• 3 years of Java Script experience including JQuery
• 2 years of Test automation skills
• Agile Development experience
• Experience with Extensible Markup Language (XML); Collaborative Application Markup Language (CAML); Representational State Transfer (REST); C#’; Bootstrap; Excel Services, JAVA, CSS, JavaScript, Linux, RedHat and  HTML
• Java Webstart experience
