Application Developer

Summary

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in application engineering, software development, or a similar role
• Proven experience in customizing and implementing software applications
• Powerautomate skills and Microsoft 365 suite
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python
• Experience with SAP modules, or HRMS tools

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications that meet the specific needs of our clients and internal teams
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their specific requirements
• Customize and configure software applications to meet those requirements
• Oversee the deployment of software applications and ensure they integrate smoothly with existing systems
• Provide ongoing technical support to clients and internal users
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to software applications
• Work with the development team to address bugs and implement fixes
• Create, configure, and manage automated workflows using Power Automate
• Integrate Power Automate with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications
• Develop and execute test cases to ensure the functionality and reliability of applications
• Document testing procedures and outcomes
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for software applications
• Provide training sessions and user guides to help clients and internal teams utilize the software effectively
• Collect feedback from users and clients to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the product development team to suggest and implement new features
