Summary
Join Intelerad as an Applications & Workflow Consultant III and contribute to the advancement of medical imaging. You will conduct workflow analysis, design future workflows, optimize applications, and develop training plans for healthcare IT customers. This role involves mentoring junior consultants, managing multiple projects, adapting to challenging customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position requires expertise in radiology and cardiology IT solutions and up to 25% travel. The focus is on delivering analysis, planning, and implementation of workflow design and training to customers, ensuring they achieve desired results and realize the full value of Intelerad's software and services. You will be responsible for identifying and following up on product features and issue requests, and proactively participating in change management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Health Science or Education; and/or Certified Radiology Technologist; or 5+ years of experience in Radiology or Cardiology
- 5+ years of experience in Healthcare or IT related roles
- Eligibility for Department of Defense clearance where required
Responsibilities
- Conduct Current State Workflow Analysis (as required)
- Design Future State Workflow (including System Workflow and Department Process Workflow)
- Determine application optimization within the department and provide the customer with Best Practice methodologies
- Analyze unique configurations of customer sites and customize processes and training accordingly
- Develop training plans and documentation
- Coordinate and provide Super User application training
- Ensure that course completion certificates are supplied to customer sites in a timely manner
- Ensure that all Super Users can train customer End Users and understand any unique customer site requirements
- Identify, File and Follow-up Product Features and issue requests during implementation
- Proactively involved in change management processes related to implementations
- Managing multiple projects at one time
- Adapting and meeting the expectations of challenging customers
- Coordinate with Project Management team on implementation activities
- Proactively provides regular updates to PMโs and management
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to improve collaboration and efficiencies
- Serve as SME for product and services offerings
- Provide Application Training and support to other staff from other groups as required
- Mentor Applications and Workflow Consultant I and II team members
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Methodology understanding and competencies
- Leadership capabilities to drive standardization of workflow and training methodologies
- Strong communication skills and ability to teach all types of learning styles in clinical applications
- Knowledge of enterprise level Radiology and/or Cardiology Healthcare IT solutions
- Ability to communicate and build rapport with internal management and other company personnel
