Applied Ai Engineer

Join Able, a rapidly growing technology company, as a Senior Applied AI Engineer. You will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI applications, focusing on LLMs and Gen AI. This role requires 10+ years of full-stack development experience and 5+ years deploying ML models in production. You will work with clients, lead technical discussions, and foster team growth. Requirements

• 10+ years of full-stack development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Python (React, NextJS, NestJS, Django, Flask)
• 5+ years of experience deploying ML models and AI services in production environments
• Demonstrated expertise in Building GenAI/LLM solutions, including RAG architectures
• Demonstrated expertise in Prompt engineering and model fine-tuning
• Demonstrated expertise in Traditional ML approaches (NLP, CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)
• Demonstrated expertise in Modern LLM architectures
• Strong technical proficiency with GenAI frameworks - LangChain, Hugging Face, CrewAI
• Strong technical proficiency with ML frameworks - TensorFlow, PyTorch
• Strong technical proficiency with Data processing - Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
• Strong technical proficiency with Cloud AI services - AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI
• Excellent English communication skills with experience leading technical presentations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Design and implement production-grade AI applications focusing on LLMs and Gen AI
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines through prompt engineering and model fine-tuning
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI application performance to maintain high reliability
• Partner with clients to identify opportunities for AI-driven business transformation
• Lead technical discussions and architect scalable AI solutions
• Foster team growth through knowledge sharing and training on emerging AI technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field, with a strong focus on AI and Machine Learning
• Background in managing large-scale data models
• Experience with agentic workflows
