Requirements

• Proven track record of building and deploying autonomous AI systems or agents for dynamic decision-making in production
• Proficiency in developing AI infrastructure that can reliably handle large-scale, high-volume data requests
• Strong Python programming and problem-solving skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver impactful, customer-centered AI solutions

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI agents that transform our access management approach
• Architect and implement a robust, scalable AI infrastructure
• Prioritize time-to-value, focusing on accelerating the launch of AI-powered onboarding and policy management products
• Collaborate across teams to align AI initiatives with broader business goals
