ArcGIS Enterprise Client Team Integration Product Engineer II

Summary

Join Esri as a Client Team Integration Product Engineer and contribute to the success of our users by coordinating across product development teams and implementing client requirements in ArcGIS Enterprise. You will act as a liaison between the core ArcGIS Enterprise team and various internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, supporting software engineers, troubleshooting issues, documenting processes, and certifying portal capabilities. This role requires experience with ArcGIS software, strong communication and collaboration skills, and a proven track record in project management. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with ArcGIS software, preferably ArcGIS Enterprise
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proven experience with project management and coordination
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• A self-driven and quality-focused mindset
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on several projects simultaneously
• Customer advocate and passionate about supporting users
• Bachelor’s in GIS, computer science, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from a global network of internal client teams, both new and existing
• Support software engineers with implementation of product requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by customers and internal staff
• Document internal processes for onboarding and supporting client teams
• Troubleshoot and triage issues reported by customers
• Support and certify additional ArcGIS Enterprise portal capabilities, within the Map Viewer and home applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s in GIS, computer science, or a related field
• Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools
• Understanding of front-end and back-end web development principles
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging web applications using browser developer tools
• Comfortable in both Windows and Linux environments
