You will be responsible for platform optimization, integration, automation, security, and process engineering, as well as application development and customization. Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing, developing, or administering ArcGIS Enterprise solutions
• Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders and creating detailed solution documentation
• Proven skills in monitoring ArcGIS Enterprise systems for performance and stability, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system functionality
• Expertise in investigating performance issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions
• Strong programming experience, particularly for task automation and operational efficiency
• Demonstrated experience with the installation, configuration, and administration of ArcGIS Enterprise
• Practical experience setting up and managing High Availability environments for ArcGIS Enterprise to ensure system reliability and uptime
• Ability to resolve user issues related to ArcGIS components efficiently and effectively

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance system performance
• Lead integration efforts between ArcGIS and other enterprise systems, ensuring smooth workflows and compatibility
• Implement security best practices, including user authentication, role-based access, and data governance
• Adapt to evolving platform environments, technologies, and data requirements by debugging, enhancing features, and re-engineering workflows as needed
• Plan proactively for changes in data sources or systems to minimize disruptions and ensure scalability
• Design, develop, and deploy custom geospatial applications, tools, and scripts using Python, JavaScript, or ArcGIS SDKs to meet specific client requirements and enhance system functionality
• Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring timely delivery of projects and optimizing system operations to maximize value
• Serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance on platform optimization and addressing technical challenges to meet business objectives
• Work closely with infrastructure, engineering, and support teams to deliver successful outcomes and ensure client satisfaction
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members, promoting a culture of learning and excellence

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, including database systems, network infrastructures, and security protocols
• ArcGIS Enterprise Administration Professional or similar ArcGIS certifications
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Advanced degrees or equivalent certifications
