We are seeking a team-oriented and enthusiastic Design Architect to contribute to our team. This role involves developing architectural drawings for diverse projects, from residential to commercial buildings. Responsibilities include conceptual design, drawing review, coordination with various stakeholders, and adherence to deadlines. The ideal candidate possesses residential design experience, a Bachelor's degree in architecture (Master's preferred), strong English proficiency, Revit expertise, and a passion for design.
Requirements
- Residential design experience is a MUST (in the USA would be a great plus)
- Bachelors in architecture
- A Strong Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate Level of English is a MUST
- Knowledge of Revit is a MUST
- Passionate for good design

- Ability to learn new building codes as needed
- Comfortable with tight deadlines
- Comfortable with small and large projects
- Strong English speaking and writing skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and design architectural drawings for clients. Projects range from single-family custom homes to commercial buildings
- Responsible for developing conceptual drawings and schematic designs
- Responsible for reviewing construction drawings of designers and drafters to ensure project consistency
- Coordinate design concepts with the Architectural Lead
- Review local jurisdictional requirements and ensure project designs comply
- Work with assigned team members to execute all aspects of architectural plans
- Coordinate with structural engineers to ensure all architectural components are feasible
- Coordinate with 3rd party designers and manufacturers to ensure all intended architectural components are incorporated
- Work within assigned team deadlines and milestones
- Coordinate with project coordinators to ensure all construction documents are completed as defined in the proposal
