Art Director

Summary

Join Lindeman & Associates (LA), a leading entertainment advertising agency, as an Art Director on our Print team. You will design and develop Key Art for theatrical and streaming titles, working across various genres and high-profile properties. This role demands expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, a strong portfolio showcasing innovation, and a deep understanding of Key Art aesthetics. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and report to the Creative Director. Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing Key Art for theatrical and/or TV/streaming campaigns
• A strong portfolio showcasing innovation, versatility, and polished execution
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• In-depth knowledge of current entertainment campaigns and Key Art aesthetics
• Strong grasp of lighting, composition, and perspective
• Skilled in blending, compositing, and visual effects techniques—with a strong eye for realism and design cohesion
• Excellent typography skills and a strong understanding of type layout in Key Art
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and produce comps on demand
• Highly collaborative and proactive, with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Key Art for theatrical and streaming titles
• Build high-quality comps using Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop)
• Adapt Key Art into outdoor and digital campaign formats
• Concept ideas for photoshoots sketch presentations
• Design logos and title treatments
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and a high level of creative execution across all deliverables
• Maintain organized and efficient file structures to support quick revisions and seamless team collaboration
• Provide design direction and support to both internal teams and external designers
• Adhere to strict confidentiality and security protocols
• Take on additional duties as needed
