Requirements

  • Test Development and Validation: Experience in developing and validating psychometric assessments
  • Research Skills: Strong research methodology skills
  • Data Interpretation and Reporting: Expertise in interpreting psychometric data and providing clear, concise reports

Responsibilities

  • Own the development process for new skills proficiency assessment to be deployed in the SZ Platform
  • Own the continued development of our proficiency framework for soft and technical skills, including the underpinning scoring methodology and communication of this information to end users and buyers
  • Ongoing review and validation of our Soft Skills framework
  • Conduct reliability and validity studies to demonstrate the effectiveness of the assessments that we deploy within our platform
  • Create and implement updated norm groups based on platform data, and create client-specific norm groups as needed
  • Own and maintain the technical manual for SZ assessments, including validation studies and norm group updates, and other key documents that we use with clients to demonstrate the effectiveness of our science
  • Track the effectiveness of assessment items within our item bank and, as required, review, update and amend these in line with qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Act as a subject matter expert sign off for client specific content and framework mapping, and for work undertaken by our PDE team that modifies existing assessment content
  • Support SZ consultants in client implementation and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Define and review score quality KPIs and norm groups
  • Own the ongoing content associated with Role Skills Profile creation, including soft and technical skill selection
