Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
  • Typically, 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent
  • Knowledge of valuation methodologies and secondary market behavior for various asset classes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of financial modeling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative
  • Detail-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Perform recurring and ad-hoc analysis, providing financial and operational insight to the Asset Management team by performing various budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting analyses
  • Advise and document values of current and potential financed assets. This includes market research on equipment trends and forecasts to determine accurate current and future values of equipment
  • Work directly with Credit and Sales to price multiple financial products, including leases and loans
  • Work directly with Sales and/or customers to provide various FMV purchase and lease renewal options
  • Assist with the repossession and remarketing of defaulted and off-lease equipment through a combination of dealers, brokers, and end-users
  • Cultivate new relationships with third party repossession service providers, remarketers and/or continuing to grow existing partnerships
  • Other duties as assigned
