You will play a pivotal role in the monthly, quarterly, and yearly consolidation processes, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data. Prepare group financial statements, implement robust processes and controls, and develop comprehensive working papers. Collaborate with country finance managers, internal and external stakeholders, and external auditors. Engage in ad-hoc projects to enhance financial reporting efficiency and accuracy. This role requires a CPA qualification, minimum 4 years of accounting experience (preferably in SaaS, Tech, or Public companies), and proficiency in various systems and MS Office applications. Requirements
- CPA qualification with a minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, preferably within SAAS, Tech, or Public companies
- Prior experience working with multinational companies, understanding the complexities of global financial consolidation
- Proficient in using various systems and MS Office applications to handle financial data and reporting
- Well-organized with high attention to detail, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to navigate complex financial scenarios and reconcile discrepancies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the monthly, quarterly, and yearly consolidation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data across the group
- Playing a pivotal role in preparing the group financial statements, contributing to the accurate portrayal of the company's financial health
- Implementing robust processes and controls to maintain the integrity of financial records, guaranteeing completeness and accuracy
- Developing comprehensive working papers to substantiate the group financial statements, ensuring transparency and compliance
- Participating in intercompany reconciliations at a company-wide level, ensuring alignment and accuracy in financial reporting
- Assisting and liaising with country finance managers to ensure adherence to established processes and controls
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to design, build, and improve the company's reporting systems
- Playing a key role in audits by providing necessary documentation and collaborating with external auditors to facilitate the process
- Engaging in ad-hoc projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Advantageous experience in high-tech departments within Big 4 firms
