Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth reviews of patient medical records to identify and match clinical trials, creating tailored enrollment pathways
  • Lead and expand the clinical operations team, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition and training in line with Massive Bio's standards
  • Collaborate with the Product and Growth teams to enhance clinical trial matching processes using advanced data analytics and AI technologies
  • Ensure accurate patient data management within HubSpot/CTMS and oversee the automation of clinical trial matching
  • Work flexibly across our international hubs in the US and Turkey, contributing to global strategy and ensuring consistent practice standards
  • Analyze and improve key performance indicators, focusing on enhancing patient referral, prescreening, and enrollment processes
