Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare management, including experience managing remote teams
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in healthcare management systems and technology

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Team Leads and Care Coaches to ensure high-quality care delivery and adherence to operational standards
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development to team members
- Conduct regular performance reviews and manage performance improvement plans as needed
- Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new Team Leads and Care Coaches
- Develop, implement, and optimize clinical and operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices
- Oversee the allocation of resources, including staff and technology, to ensure adequate support for patient care and team needs
- Monitor and evaluate patient care quality by collaborating with the Quality Assurance Manager, ensuring that care plans are effectively executed and patient needs are met
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient care, team productivity, and operational efficiency
- Address and resolve escalated patient and team issues promptly and effectively
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between clinical operations and other departments to support organizational goals
- Prepare and present reports on team performance, patient outcomes, and operational metrics to the Director of Clinical Operations
- Lead and participate in regular team meetings, including strategy sessions, operational reviews, and cross-functional meetings
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and patient care
- Develop and oversee ongoing training programs in collaboration with the training department and Tech Team, to keep the team updated on best practices, new technologies, and regulatory changes
- Promote and implement innovative solutions to improve patient care and operational processes
