Associate Account Manager

Summary

Join First Media as a temporary Associate Account Manager, Performance Marketing to oversee client relationships, manage communication, and handle multiple projects. This is a fully remote role providing support during parental leave and the holiday season, with potential for a long-term position.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of marketing experience (client communications, production, project and account management)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to utilize tools and dashboards (Monday, Slack, Google Suite)

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day internal operations, including managing client communication and communicating project information to internal teams
• Prepare weekly/bi-weekly client agendas, record thorough meeting notes, properly assign and organize next steps and own follow-ups
• Collaborate with paid media and creative production to provide information and project direction to ensure client satisfaction
• Manage the balance of multiple production projects and client objectives
• Support the production of content by ensuring the client provides a timeline and all details, providing briefs for creative development, and understanding daily pacing and reporting
• Participate in the ideation and development of Client Services processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Resourceful and problem solver; ability to assess situations, identify gaps and issues, and offer solutions or know what questions to ask
• Confident presentation skills
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work as a team, particularly in a virtual setting
• Experience in reading and understanding media reports (Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat analytics a plus), knowledge or experience within the social media marketing space
