Associate Analyst

Summary

Join a dynamic team at Hamilton ETFs, assisting with end-to-end operations for a growing suite of ETFs. As an Associate Analyst, you'll support various functions related to the day-to-day running and oversight of our firm's ETFs.

Requirements

• Post secondary degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 1 year experience in the financial services sector
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
• Self starter with an ability to work in an environment with firm deadlines
• A team-oriented mindset, with an interest and aptitude to add value outside of core responsibilities
• Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily oversight of the calculation and reporting of the net asset values (NAV) of the ETFs
• Interact with third-party service providers on a wide range of functions
• Prepare and produce the ETFs' regulatory reporting (financial statements, management reports of fund performance, etc.)
• Expense budgeting, tracking and payment processes for the ETFs
• Monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc processing of the ETFs' distribution payments
• Support the ETFs' market makers on capital activity
• Annual review and filing of the ETFs' tax factors
