Requirements

• Have an anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026
• Availability to work full time 9a-5p office hours from June 2 through August 8
• Have strong technical skills in: Office 365, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, E-mail/Outlook, JIRA (can be trained)
• Have strong technical aptitude to learn: Slack, department-specific software & other technical tools as needed
• Be able to supply your own laptop with a working camera and a fast, reliable internet connection
• Reside in the US for the entire duration of the internship
• Have access to a quiet and professional place to work and be on camera to engage in meetings and events
• Possess strong communication skills and be able to deliver professional communication at all times
• Have permanent, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
• Reside and work from one of the following states: CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, ID, IN, MA, MD, MO, MI, NE, NC, NJ, PA, TN, TX, VA

Responsibilities

• Derive business insights through data using analytics tools
• Work on real-time projects to help provide consulting services to clients
• Leverage analytics tools to derive business insights
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze, design, & deliver innovative call center analytics solutions for a wide variety of industries
• Work closely with both IT and business clients to best align business needs with technical capability/feasibility
• Work with client and consultant teams to design and build systems using our AI/Machine Learning technology stack
• Conduct and participate in client white-boarding sessions, workshops, design sessions, and project meetings as needed, playing a key role in client relations
• Collaborate with and learn from an amazing team of hard-working business analytics experts

Preferred Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience or a passion for business and the software industry
• Knowledge, experience, and/or passion for business analytics
• Effective and polished communication skills, with an emphasis on clear and concise communication
• Creativity with a strong passion and curiosity for learning, growing, and problem-solving
• Self-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritize work without being afraid to ask for more direction or support
• A proactive, empathetic, can-do attitude
