Summary

The job is for an Associate role in Reinsurance Risk Management at Global Atlantic Financial Group. The candidate will provide support with analysis, stress tests, regulatory filings, risk reporting, and risk and capital analysis. They should have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, 3 years of prior experience at a reinsurer or primary insurer, strong communication and analytical skills, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum 3 years prior experience at a reinsurer or primary insurer

Responsibilities

• Provide support with analysis and stress tests of capital positions of GAFG owned BDA entities as well as its sidecars, Ivy I and Ivy II
• Assist the BDA CRO with regulatory filings, Board materials, Risk reporting and risk and capital analysis of both the inforce business, as well as new opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a risk-management role is preferred
• Knowledge of BDA regulatory framework would be preferred, familiarity with other capital frameworks (NAIC, Solvency II) would be a plus
• Actuarial or Modeling background would be beneficial

Benefits

• Base salary range is $85,500 — $163,000 USD
