Requirements

  • 0 - 1 year of experience in sales or a Selling Initiative Program within college
  • Self-starter with a strong drive to aggressively exceed targets
  • Intellectual curiosity - a desire to listen and learn from those around you
  • Interest in becoming a TOP contributor in sales (Business Development Executive)
  • Innate hustle, raw intelligence and infectious enthusiasm
  • Ability to demonstrate an entrepreneurial yet disciplined mindset, creative yet organized work-ethic and an ambitious yet humble attitude
  • Ability to learn fast. We’re constantly bringing new products to market and you need to be able to understand their purpose, how our clients use them and learn to market them
  • Demonstrated experience excelling in a group or team environment of any sort
  • A strong interest in the commercial real estate industry, talent acquisition, executive search & technology
  • Ability to remain receptive to feedback and open to learning
  • Capability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced, frequently-changing sales environment

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Managing Director to prospect open territories and manage all inbound leads
  • Follow up on inbound leads through email, phone, video conference, and LinkedIn to qualify or disqualify interest in our products and services
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop a prospecting strategy within your territories to identify potential clients
  • Leverage Bisnow and SelectLeaders data, technology and relationships to drive revenue generating opportunities
  • Develop relationships with internal sales, customer success. marketing, finance and technology groups
  • Document all client interactions in Salesforce and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
