Summary

Join a global social impact consultancy as an Associate to support clients in solving problems and delivering impact across APAC, working with diverse stakeholders, analyzing data, and implementing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (public policy, government administration, economics, public health, etc.)
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant, full time work experience in government, consulting, policy, project management and/or impact measurement
• Familiarity working in the standard business suite (analysing data in spreadsheets, creating presentations, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with business fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Must be based in and have an existing right to work in Australia (Sydney base location preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support clients to solve problems and deliver impact at scale
• Use data to formulate and test recommendations as a means of improving senior level decision-making
• Participate in problem-solving and collaboration through action-oriented routines, workshops, and project activities throughout the project life cycle
• Engage frontline services providers and end users to inform policy and program implementation
