Summary

Join Delta Capita's Structured Retail Products (SRP) Business as an Associate - OTC Equity Derivatives Documentation, supporting investment banking clients with manual drafting processes and collaborating with counterparties to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Experience with handling numerous manual tasks and daily planning is essential
• Good knowledge of the 2002 and 2006 ISDA Equity and Swap Definitions
• Experience in drafting OTC Equity Structured Products. Such products include: Phoneix Swaps Strategies, Worst/Best of Strategies, Cliquets
• Able to draft OTC Equity Structured Products to meet FED targets

Responsibilities

• Risk mitigate and confirm OTC derivative transitions with both internal and external clients via paper or electronic confirmation process
• Deal with trade confirmation language and economic breaks
• Collaborate with counterparties - resolving urgent issues, clarification of issues or drafting points on outstanding trade confirmations
• Draft ad-hoc confirmations in conjunction with Legal
• Create templates if necessary, seeking Sales, Trading and Legal approvals
• Deliver strategic projects to drive efficiency and enhanced controls
• Manage other tasks assigned as demand dictates
