Summary

Join us as an Associate of Sales & Incentive Compensation Analytics to help improve lives by learning from every cancer patient's experience. You'll partner with stakeholders to scope and solve business problems, administer incentive compensation plans, and provide analytical insights to inform Sales strategy.

Requirements

  • You have 2+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, or related function
  • You have excellent analytical skills and are able to break down complex data into clear and actionable insights
  • You have a high attention to detail and strive to continuously improve data quality and processes
  • You have strong communications skills, with the ability to synthesize, simplify and explain complex problems to different types of audiences
  • You have demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • You are action and results oriented, with demonstrated ability to make things happen

Responsibilities

  • Administer incentive compensation plans for Flatiron’s Sales teams, ensuring timely and accurate calculation of quota attainment and payouts
  • Provide analytics and insight to Sales and corporate leaders to measure the effectiveness of incentive compensation plans to inform Sales strategy and staffing decisions throughout the year
  • Support territory management and quota setting processes in partnership with Sales and Operations
  • Ensure accurate crediting for Sales activity and enforcement of internal policies through effective data management and governance in our internal business systems, including Salesforce and Looker
  • Identify opportunities to scale our incentive compensation programs through tooling to standardize crediting and payout calculations, and provide Sales with real-time insight into performance

Preferred Qualifications

  • You have experience working with Looker or similar BI tools, and are comfortable with SQL
  • You are familiar with Incentive Compensation principles and have experience owning payout calculations
