Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in customer service
• Proficient in using computers and communicating via phone and email
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
• Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities

• Project a professional company image through interactions via phone, chat, and email
• Identify, document, and report trends in customer calls to supervisors
• Conduct research on customer organizations and verify contact details online
• Handle pre-sales and customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat
• Analyze validation test data to ensure systems or processes meet criteria and identify root causes of issues
• Coordinate validation testing implementation and scheduling with relevant departments
• Study product characteristics and customer requirements to determine validation objectives and standards
• Maintain databases for tracking validation activities, test results, and validated systems
