Summary

The Support Analyst I will be responsible for configuring and replacing equipment, providing technical support, performing administrative tasks, and basic network troubleshooting. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of IT experience, and proficiency in various systems such as Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Mobile Phone Support, Desktop Support, Computer Imaging, Microsoft Entra ID, Desktop Hardware support and setup, Networking (cisco and/or fortigate), Intune, and Azure. Exceptional communication skills, ability to learn quickly, thrive in a fast-paced environment, knowledge and ability to use computers, significant autonomous decision-making authority, proficient in time management, prioritizing, and multi-tasking are preferred.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years of IT experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years previous experience in a support role
  • Proficient in the following systems and maintenance: Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Mobile Phone Support, Desktop Support, Computer Imaging, Microsoft Entra ID, Desktop Hardware support and setup, Networking (cisco and/or fortigate), Intune, Azure

Responsibilities

  • Configure and replace equipment for new and current employees
  • Provide technical support services to employees using the phone software as well as in person
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as, user authentication and authorization, software updates, and configuration of drivers and settings on personal computing devices and printers
  • Imaging of desktops/laptops/mobile devices
  • Escalate appropriate technical issues in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree
  • Proficient in Network equipment maintenance (racking networking equipment, wireless Ap setup etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Window Server 2026-2022
