Associate Brand Designer

Summary

Join Paddle's Brand team as an Associate Brand Designer and contribute to the creation of compelling visual content across various channels. You will work closely with the team to maintain and implement the visual identity system, ensuring on-brand consistency across all materials. This role requires a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant design experience and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. You will create visual content for digital and print materials, focusing on social media, presentations, and marketing collateral. Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant design experience
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Illustrator & Photoshop)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across projects
• Portfolio demonstrating clean, contemporary design work
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color and composition
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines while bringing fresh perspectives
• Proficiency in creating both print and digital design assets
• Project management skills with ability to shift priorities when needed
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
• Understanding of production processes, including printer specifications
• Experience with digital asset management and file organization
• Comfortable explaining design decisions and receiving feedback

Responsibilities
