Summary

Atheneum is a leading global expert network that connects clients with experts to provide unique insights for business decisions. As an Associate, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, sourcing and onboarding experts, developing communication skills, adapting to the fast-paced environment, ensuring client excellence, and grasping Atheneum's core process. The company is seeking driven, collaborative, resilient, curious individuals with excellent communication skills and a Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Economics/ Marketing. Interviews consist of three stages: first stage interview, second stage interview, and third stage interview. Responsibilities

• Understanding Client Needs: Gain a deep understanding of our clients' requirements and identify relevant experts to meet those needs
• Expert Sourcing and Onboarding: Source and onboard experts for specific projects, ensuring their engagement for future opportunities
• Communication and Outreach Skills: Develop both internal and external communication and outreach skills, including cold calls, emails, and more
• Adaptability: Adapt quickly to the fast-paced nature of our client-driven environment
• Client Excellence: Ensure an exceptional client experience by providing accurate expert recommendations and taking a proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Process Expertise: Grasp Atheneum's core client delivery process and apply it effectively in your everyday work
