Requirements

  • Native in Japanese and fluent in English
  • Brilliant communication skills, especially using the phone
  • Strong academic credentials or a proven background in a customer-focused role
  • Ability to build expertise in client engagement, influencing, negotiation, project management, and stakeholder management
  • Ability to thrive in a hands-on, high-performance role
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to exceed clients' expectations

Responsibilities

  • Track down experts and build relationships with them
  • Persuade experts to speak to clients
  • Determine if experts are the right fit for clients' needs
  • Set up consultations between clients and experts
  • Negotiate the terms of each meeting
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with experts
  • Deliver high standards of service while managing multiple projects

  • A base salary of HK$288,000 rising to HK$325,000 after 12 months
