Associate Consultant

Summary

Join Komodo Health's Consulting Team as an Associate Consultant and embark on a structured program designed for early-career professionals passionate about consulting, healthcare, and technology. This role offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to Salesforce and Maven's life sciences solutions. Over the first year, you will complete the Associate Consultant Program, earn Salesforce certifications, contribute to client projects, build strong working relationships, and develop your consulting voice. You will actively participate in onboarding, shadow senior consultants, contribute to project execution, and receive regular guidance and feedback. Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, technology, business, or a related discipline)
• A genuine interest in healthcare, technology, and solving complex problems through consulting
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to translate technical concepts clearly
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn from others and contribute proactively
• An analytical approach to problem-solving and a curiosity to dive into new tools, systems, and challenges

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in a structured onboarding program covering consulting fundamentals, the Salesforce ecosystem, and Komodo’s products
• Shadow and support client project teams to gain exposure to real-world delivery work and project lifecycles
• Contribute to project execution through tasks such as requirements gathering, solutions design, system configuration, documentation, data analysis, and end delivery
• Collaborate closely with senior consultants and mentors to receive guidance, feedback, and support as you build your skills
• Engage in regular learning sessions led by subject matter experts and business leaders across Mavens
• Begin to take ownership of defined project components, demonstrating initiative and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the Salesforce platform or other enterprise technology systems
• Experience with client-facing roles, internships, or team-based project work
• Exposure to the healthcare or life sciences industry through coursework, research, or professional experience
