Solution Consulting Associate

Summary

Join EcoVadis' Enablement & Solution Consulting team and play a pivotal role in enabling customers to utilize their sustainability solutions. Partner with sales and account management teams to understand customer needs, prepare solution demonstrations, and answer technical questions. Continuously support frontline teams and customers in understanding EcoVadis' capabilities. Facilitate training on sustainability topics and solutions, provide feedback on solution enhancements, and support projects to enhance team productivity. This transversal role requires collaboration with multiple teams and a passion for sustainability. The ideal candidate possesses subject matter expertise in sustainability, experience in SaaS and technology, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Subject matter expertise in sustainability, with up-to-date knowledge of the supply chain regulatory landscape and trends in sustainability reporting
• Full professional in Italian and a strong understanding of the Italian business culture is required to be eligible for this role as per the territory
• Experience in SaaS and technology: development and/or enablement of technical solutions; product management experience
• Adaptability is key: the ability to navigate a fast-growing organization and take a flexible approach in the dynamic, fast moving field of sustainability, ESG and sustainable procurement
• More than 3 years experience in a related position, preferably in consulting services involving multiple stakeholders or alternatively internal consulting roles, including project management
• Bachelor's Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred (Sustainability and/or Business)
• Critical reasoning skills in order to identify problems and provide solutions quickly
• Analytical, organized, detail-oriented and disciplined. Proven fast learner and self-motivated
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Italian. Italian is a must
• Ability to constructively work across a team and to collaborate is required
• Client-facing experience
• Open minded, curious and clear passion for sustainability and driving a positive impact on the planet and society

Responsibilities

• Partner with the regional Sales and Account Management teams to identify regional customer and prospect challenges and requirements, ensuring alignment with the capabilities of EcoVadis’ solution suite
• Prepare high quality solution demonstrations and answer prospects’ and customers’ functional and technical questions (meetings, tenders/questionnaires, overall RFx process)
• Continuously support frontline teams, prospects and customers to better understand EcoVadis solution capabilities in relation to their sustainability priorities and program expectations
• Facilitate and deliver training to frontline teams on sustainability topics and solutions
• Provide feedback by relaying solution enhancements, acting as an advocate for prospect and customer needs to the business
• Support a variety of relevant projects to enhance the productivity and efficiency of the Sales and CS teams through Solution Consulting. Examples include collaboration with marketing on thought leadership and content development and, participation in webinars and events
• Accurate tracking and communication of the team's contributions to the regional targets
