Requirements

• Bachelor of Business Administration or related area
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
• Excellent business sense and strong analytical skillset
• Good level in Excel and PowerPoint
• SQL knowledge and experience
• Experience with Tableau or other Business Intelligence tools
• Excellent client management skills
• Very well structured, organized and ability to multitask
• Very good communication skills
• Great sense of ownership, personal drive and autonomy

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to analyze organizational structures, methods, and procedures related to in-store execution
• Conduct comprehensive operational reviews of client systems and procedures
• Recommend solutions to improve organizational efficiency and in-store execution processes
• Perform benchmark studies to ensure proposed solutions align with industry standards
• Translate client requirements into actionable shopper surveys for data collection
• Analyze and evaluate the collected in-store data to derive insights and guide decision-making
• Draft and present detailed proposals to revise organizational structures, workflows, and in-store execution methods
• Deliver findings and solutions to clients using dashboards, presentations, infographics, and other documentation formats
• Advise clients on implementing more efficient organizational processes and in-store execution practices
• Assist in implementing approved recommendations by issuing revised instructions and updating procedures as necessary
