Summary

The job is for an Associate Consultant at MarketTrack Global, a Commerce Execution SaaS leader. The role involves overseeing client campaigns and ensuring actionable insights are provided to FMCG and Retail industry leaders. The position requires strong analytical skills, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and preferably some professional experience in FMCG or Consulting. The work schedule is full-time, hybrid (2 days in Sydney office, 3 days working from home).

Responsibilities

• Oversee client’s campaigns from start to end
• Translate client needs into Snooper ‘missions’ in a way that optimises the data collection process (speed and accuracy)
• Manage our data validation process and perform data integrity analyses to maximise the quality of the insights delivered to our clients
• Manage client interactions to collect input and provide updates along the life of their campaign
• Build dashboards to translate real-time data collected by shoppers into actionable insights for our clients on the Snooper platform
• Perform additional data analyses based on specific business needs to help our clients make the most of their data
• Monitor campaign progress and results and take appropriate actions to meet client deliverables and deadlines
• Contribute to optimising our operational processes to support the company growth by developing new tools and ways to automate our product
• Work in close relationship with our product and IT team to build the tools that will support our growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Master of Business Administration or related area
• 1 or 2 years of professional experience
• FMCG or Consulting experience
