Requirements
- Bachelorโs Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required
- 1+ years of work experience within a cost segregation practice or a related field such as building inspection or appraisals, engineering related work,architecture, or building construction positions
- Proficient in Adobe Pro DC, MS products including Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and the ability to learn new software as needed
- Knowledge of RS Means and Marshall and Swift
- Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and timely
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Potential travel 20%-30%
Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive fixed asset engagements including cost segregation and fixed asset review studies
- Learn to research issues related to cost segregation and fixed asset matters and be able to articulate or prepare documentation related to such matters
- Develop industry expertise to help yourself become help an indelible member of the cost segregation practice
- Help train, monitor, and develop staff as the department grows
