Summary

Join Vanta's Brand Creative team as an Associate Creative Director to conceive and execute innovative, brand-building advertising campaigns. You will collaborate with copywriters, designers, and marketing managers, overseeing projects from ideation to production. This role demands a strong creative vision, production experience, and the ability to manage and mentor a team. You will need to demonstrate expertise in various media, including TV, digital, print, and social media. Requirements

  • BFA in graphic design, advertising, or a similar field
  • 10+ years of experience in advertising, including a min. of 5 years in B2B, and 2 years of people management experience
  • A strong portfolio showcasing smart, brand-building ideas and executions within a variety of media: TV, digital, print, social media and experiential. Impeccable attention to detail required
  • Strong understanding of the marketing funnel, with experience developing campaigns that engage audiences at every stage
  • Production experience and ability to handle different types of production
  • Expert presentation and communication skills
  • Proactive attitude: self-starter

Responsibilities

  • GTM, lifecycle, paid social and more, and guide them through hands-on execution. This role requires both high-level creative vision and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to bring concepts to life
  • Plan and scope creative projects to work creatively around difficult business, technical, and/or resource constraints
  • Delegate plans and prioritize and manage timelines
  • Find and communicate with agencies, photographers, directors, and other vendors
  • When working as a team with multiple creatives, manage various creative disciplines (art, copy, design) across multiple projects
  • Simplify the team’s workflow and scale the work by creating templates and introducing new processes (e.g., using AI.)
  • Lead by example, mentor, and coach other creatives
  • Regularly connect with the marketing and growth stakeholders to create partnerships that earn trust in the Brand Creative team’s thought leadership, and ideas
