Summary

Join Mutiny, Trailer Park Group's integrated creative agency focused on gaming, as an Associate Creative Director with an art-based background. You will lead design and conceptualization for social-forward campaigns, collaborating with copywriters, strategists, and project managers. This role requires a strong understanding of the gaming audience and a passion for creative ideation and social marketing. You will be responsible for concepting and directing campaign-level art design, working across channels and platforms, leading teams with storyboarding and creative direction, and implementing feedback from internal and client teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of award-winning social-forward campaigns, 6+ years of art direction experience, and a deep understanding of the gaming industry.

Requirements

  • Award-winning or award-worthy social-forward portfolio that shows craft and attention to detail
  • 6+ years of art direction experience with an integrated marketing/ad agency required
  • Proven/award winning experience developing campaign-level ideation
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines; organized, detail-oriented, and friendly
  • Must be even-tempered and able to interact and adapt well under pressure, with multiple teams on multiple projects with tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Concept and direct campaign-level art design for social-forward campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and project managers to build out and plan the campaign
  • Work fluidly across channels and platforms
  • Help lead teams with storyboarding/shot lists/creative direction
  • Implement feedback received from internal and client teams
  • Proactively track, prioritize, organize, plan, and implement tasks
  • Establish and maintain positive and professional working relationships with staff, vendors, and clients
  • Performs other duties, as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entertainment, agency, or game industry experience preferred
  • Ability to lead creative talent with grace and strategic support
