Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in data science or related analytical roles
  • Basic proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
  • Fundamental understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts
  • Familiarity with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
  • Understanding of common generative AI applications and architectures, such as retrieval augmented generation (β€œRAG”) and contextual routing
  • Strong appetite for continual learning and upskilling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing AI solutions using advanced machine learning techniques, prescriptive/optimization methods, simulations, and causal inference
  • Support process improvement initiatives by preparing data and conducting initial analyses
  • Help develop and validate statistical models under senior guidance
  • Collaborate with team members to transform business requirements into analytical approaches
  • Participate in client workshops and help translate technical findings into understandable insights
  • Support the development of automated monitoring solutions for business processes
  • Create technical reports and experiment results
  • Assist in creation of project deliverables and executive read-outs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI
  • Coursework or internship experience in data analysis or machine learning
  • Comfort with selecting and approaching basic machine learning challenges/projects
  • Understanding of basic statistical methods (central tendency, probability, sampling, etc.)
  • Experience in consulting roles and comfortable navigating open-ended complex problems
