Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in the mobile app space, particularly in user acquisition roles
- Expertise in mobile measurement methods and familiarity with related dataflows and integrations
- Comfortable with self-led research and ability to distill complex, technical topics
- Proficiency in vetting tools and vendors
- Strong understanding of mobile app business models, platforms, app stores, and industry trends, including privacy policies
- Strong understanding of mobile KPIs, media buying tactics, and strategies
- Analytical and innovative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to consider all angles of a situation
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and work independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey strategies and results to diverse audiences
- Self-starter mentality with a track record of setting and achieving goals

Responsibilities
- Act as a mobile expert, providing guidance to clients and internal teams on user acquisition strategies and technical nuances within the mobile ecosystem
- Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to clearly understand advertiser challenges, then recommend and implement solutions
- Lead the planning, strategy, and management of new test channels for user acquisition
- Troubleshoot and solve strategic challenges related to MMPs and other mobile adtech tools
- Perform analysis and communicate with vendors to support the mobile ad fraud prevention program
- Develop strategies in response to industry changes, such as iOS ATT and SKAN
- Evaluate and recommend new adtech tools for mobile user acquisition programs
- Document learnings in a technically accurate and easy to reference format
