Summary

Join KMK, a global data analytics and technology consulting company, as an AI/ML and Predictive Analytics Expert in Pharma Commercial Analytics. This role involves establishing and leading a capability center in India, collaborating closely with US stakeholders to transition advanced analytics projects. You will execute advanced secondary data analytics projects, act as a bridge between stakeholders, and communicate actionable insights effectively. This unique opportunity allows you to lead transformative projects, drive data-driven decision-making, and contribute to a global pharmaceutical analytics initiative. The position requires extensive experience in pharma commercial analytics, specific specializations, and proficiency in Python, R, or SQL. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to engage executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience : Minimum of 8 years in Pharma Commercial Analytics
  • Specializations : Patient analytics leveraging claims and secondary market data
  • Brand performance analytics and reporting
  • Therapeutic Expertise : Oncology, Rare Diseases, or Specialty Brands (experience in at least one required)
  • Data Proficiency : Familiarity with data sources such as APLD, Specialty Pharmacy, Hub Services, and Formulary
  • Extensive experience with pharmaceutical datasets like IQVIA (xPonent, PlanTrak, NPA, DDD, HCOS, Patient-Level data) or Symphony data
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL (Python preferred)
  • Qualitative Attributes : Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive leadership

Responsibilities

  • Execute advanced secondary data analytics projects to address diverse business challenges, including HCP and patient analysis, market dynamics, customer journey insights, and managed markets analytics
  • Act as a bridge between stakeholders, understanding business requirements, conducting relevant analyses, and delivering actionable insights
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring complex analytics are translated into clear business strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketing analytics (preferred)
  • Prior experience with the Immunology market is preferred
