Join KMK, a global data analytics and technology consulting company, as an AI/ML and Predictive Analytics Expert in Pharma Commercial Analytics. This role involves establishing and leading a capability center in India, collaborating closely with US stakeholders to transition advanced analytics projects. You will execute advanced secondary data analytics projects, act as a bridge between stakeholders, and communicate actionable insights effectively. The position requires extensive experience in pharma commercial analytics, specific specializations, and proficiency in Python, R, or SQL. Requirements
- Experience : Minimum of 8 years in Pharma Commercial Analytics
- Specializations : Patient analytics leveraging claims and secondary market data
- Brand performance analytics and reporting
- Therapeutic Expertise : Oncology, Rare Diseases, or Specialty Brands (experience in at least one required)
- Data Proficiency : Familiarity with data sources such as APLD, Specialty Pharmacy, Hub Services, and Formulary
- Extensive experience with pharmaceutical datasets like IQVIA (xPonent, PlanTrak, NPA, DDD, HCOS, Patient-Level data) or Symphony data
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL (Python preferred)
- Qualitative Attributes : Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive leadership
Responsibilities
- Execute advanced secondary data analytics projects to address diverse business challenges, including HCP and patient analysis, market dynamics, customer journey insights, and managed markets analytics
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders, understanding business requirements, conducting relevant analyses, and delivering actionable insights
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring complex analytics are translated into clear business strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Marketing analytics (preferred)
- Prior experience with the Immunology market is preferred
