Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, audience insights, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, GWI, Meltwater, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Proven experience in audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of audience analytics strategies to support marketing goals
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights on audience behavior and campaign performance
  • Develop and maintain audience segmentation models to improve targeting and personalization efforts
  • Collaborate with product, strategy, marketing, and content teams to ensure data-driven decision-making
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of regular reports on key performance metrics, trends, and insights
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts, providing guidance and support in their professional development
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in marketing analytics and audience insights
  • Work closely with the IT and data teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
